Zahra Billoo is among a group of young chapter leaders within the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), heading the group's San Francisco office. Unlike many of the older guard, Billoo is open and direct about her often radical views toward law enforcement, American policy and Israel. Her unfiltered comments often appear on social media, especially Twitter.
